The BodyTalk System is an amazingly efficient gentle cutting edge healthcare system that combines ancient healing modalities of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Yoga philosophy, Osteopathic and Chiropractic philosophy and Western modern Medical expertise. Senior BodyTalk Instructor, Janet Galipo commented at the 2007 International BodyTalk Association Members conference, “ BodyTalk is a bridge to addressing gaps in our current healthcare system.
"When the body talks to itself it can heal itself. Healing really can be that simple" - Dr. Ka'imi Pilipovich, DAC, LMT, Sr. CBI
We all need stress reduction to relieve anger, pain and frustration from environmental stress in the work place and at home.” Vicki’s definition of stress is any internal or external belief or condition that creates reactivity in the mind and body, that triggers the sympathetic nervous system to signal glands to secrete hormones, activating a fight or flight response. Stress throws off the synchronization of communication between each cell in every system on a deep molecular level. It is believed that stress causes 99% of all illnesses. So we need to address the underlying causes of stress in order to maintain a state of wellness.
"Trust the messages our bodies are giving us, be grateful that your body is sending you messages that healing needs to happen." Peter A. Levine
